Every taxpayer in Lithuania can decide for themselves to whom to send part of the income tax paid. It costs nothing and takes only a few minutes - everything is done through the state portal.
This 1.2% can turn into real help for those who really need it. You decide where it goes.
You can support the SALT project by donating 1.2% of your income tax
in VŠĮ Action4.life - the official organization through which we operate.
Your 1.2% will be invested in:

Support for Ukrainian defenders on the front lines;

Cultural and educational initiatives for the civilian population;

Sports, health and creative programs for war victims.
This way you support three directions - in one simple form.

How to make a translation
1. Go to the website:
declaravimas.vmi.lt
Click on “Prisijungti prie EDS” to log in.
2. Log in
Use online banking, mobile signature or another convenient method.
3. Login to EDS
On the main page, select the section „VMI systems → EDS (Electronic control system)“
4. Proceed to filling out the form
Select menu „ Deklaravimas → Pildyti formą “
5. Find form FR0512 v.5
Form name:
„Prašymas pervesti pajamų mokesčio dalį paramos gavėjams ir (arba) politinėms organizacijoms“
⚠️ Important: If you had income outside of employment (for example, from rent or self-employment), first file the GPM311 declaration, and then FR0512.
6. Fill out the form:
